What cookies are

Cookies are small files or pieces of browser storage used by websites to remember information or support features such as secure sign-in.

Cookies currently required by Terminal Link

The website uses essential session cookies for the password-protected administrator area and for the customer My Bookings login. These cookies are required for authentication and security and are not used for advertising.

Maps and third-party services

The administrator pricing-zone tool can load Google Maps. The public website also uses external routing, email and AI services on the server. If optional third-party scripts that place non-essential cookies are added later, the cookie notice and consent controls must be updated before those scripts are enabled.

Analytics and advertising

This launch package does not intentionally include a public advertising-cookie or analytics-cookie setup. If analytics, advertising pixels or other non-essential tracking are introduced, Terminal Link should obtain any consent required by UK law before setting those cookies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication cookies may prevent the admin or My Bookings features from working correctly.

Changes

We may update this policy if the website's cookie use changes. The latest version will be published here.
